We’ve been caring for patients in Lichfield since 2008. Whether you need a routine check-up, restorative work, or a cosmetic treatment, you'll find experienced, unhurried care at our practice on Beacon Street.
About our practice
We’re based in the centre of Lichfield, just a short walk from Beacon Park – one of the city’s best-loved green spaces. The practice first opened as Lichfield Family Dental Surgery in 2008, and in 2025 we became Beacon Park Dental, though the team and the care we provide have stayed the same.
We now look after more than 3,300 patients from Lichfield and the surrounding villages. Many have been coming to us for years, and we’re proud that most of our new patients find us through a recommendation from someone they know.
Meet Vicki Hunter
Vicki Hunter has been a dentist for more than 30 years. She joined the practice in 2010 and became its proud owner in 2014. In that time, she’s built the small, long-standing team that cares for patients here today.
Alongside everyday dental care, Vicki has a particular interest in cosmetic treatments including Invisalign and tooth whitening. If you’d like to feel differently about your smile, you can speak to Vicki or a member of her team to explore what’s possible.

Good dental care takes time, so our team makes sure appointments are never rushed, and that you have the opportunity to ask questions and get comfortable throughout your visit. This approach is especially important for nervous patients, who often need extra time and reassurance.
We keep time free each week specifically for emergency dental appointments, so if you have an urgent problem, you won't be left waiting days or weeks for help.
You can also book hygiene appointments directly with our hygienists, even if you are not registered with the practice, so you can access professional cleaning and gum care whenever you need it.
Our clinic
The practice sits on Beacon Street, close to Beacon Park in one of Lichfield’s most beautiful and historic areas.
Inside, you’ll find a welcoming reception area where you can relax before being seen in modern treatment rooms equipped with contemporary dental technology. Our technology includes digital X-rays and a digital 3D scanner that create detailed images of your teeth. This technology allows us to simulate potential smile improvements before you decide to proceed with a cosmetic treatment, and means we can avoid taking traditional impressions (a process some patients find uncomfortable).
How to find us in Lichfield
Our clinic is in the centre of Lichfield on Beacon Street, close to Beacon Park and within easy reach of local transport links. Many patients visit us on foot from the city centre, while others travel from surrounding areas such as Fradley, Burntwood, and Whittington. Lichfield City railway station is around 12-minutes away on foot, and there are several bus stops nearby.
If you’re driving, you can reach us from Shaw Lane car park, which is roughly two-minutes' walk away and has disabled parking bays. You can also park at Bird Street car park (approximately six minutes away).
